New rules for truck drivers returning after stroke

Commercial truck and bus drivers who suffer a stroke should wait at least a year and be able to pass a driving test and a series of health assessments before getting in front of a wheel again, according to a U.S. expert panel.The panel, appointed by the Department of Transportation, also recommends annual check-ups on health and driving records as a requirement for continued driving.According to
